Aline Eastwick-Field
Aline is a pragmatic, data driven global executive with 30+ years of diverse business experience spanning sales, recruiting, leadership, revenue enablement, learning & development and talent management. Most recently, Aline spent 16+ years at Indeed, Inc. in various senior leadership roles including 9 years on the executive leadership team as VP, Global Learning & Enablement - Sales and Client Success and VP, Talent and Learning. Aline’s impact has been recognized for combining strategic vision with a people-first leadership style, developing high-performing teams and taking on complex business problems. Prior to Indeed, Aline spent 9 years at Yahoo! HotJobs in progressive Sales and Sales Leadership roles.
Aline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Marketing and International Business) from Florida International University.
Aline was nominated for and completed Indeed’s Leadership Connect Program at the Yale School of Management Executive Education.
Aline has received the Certificate of Achievement for the Front-End Coaching Intensive (FECI) from the Teachers College at Columbia University.
Aline has always had a passion for developing leaders and helping people succeed. After working in the corporate world for over 3 decades, designing and scaling global programs, driving organizational transformation, and delivering measurable business results, Aline is using that experience to help leaders drive more impact in their roles and organizations build their learning, leadership and talent strategies.
Mona Sheth
Mona Sheth is a leadership and talent development expert with 14 years of experience helping organizations strengthen their managers, build effective teams, and unlock the potential of their people. Her career path—from early roles in her family’s small business to working at companies like Deloitte, Disney, and ultimately a long tenure at Indeed, gives her a uniquely grounded and expansive perspective on how people grow, lead, and thrive at work.
At Indeed, Mona discovered her passion and natural strength in developing others. She led and coached teams across Client Success, Sales, Global Learning & Enablement, and Human Resources, built training programs from the ground up, and supported leaders at all levels, from first-time managers to senior executives. She is a Certified Executive Coach through Columbia University, where she deepened her expertise in behavior change, leadership effectiveness, and goal achievement. She also holds a Bachelors in Science (Accounting) from the University of Connecticut.
Mona brings a warm, practical, and human-centered approach to her work. She specializes in manager capability building, leadership development, performance management, and navigating career transitions. With experience spanning recruitment advertising, financial services, retail, and small businesses, she understands the real challenges leaders face and helps organizations develop their leaders drive with clarity, accountability, and confidence. She partners with organizations to elevate their managers, strengthen talent practices, and create workplaces where people can do their best work.
